Furthermore, the company’s key staff members are experienced professional architects, engineers, planners and scientists with graduate degrees and several years of experience in their respective disciplines.
Principals of the firm have served as Permanent Secretaries, Directors for public and private agencies in the United States and Africa. Over the years, these principals have received achievement awards for public services for Public Works, Environmental Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Traffic Operations Studies, including commendations for Grants for design, planning and project implementation for Traffic Signal Operations and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) project
Mr. Cyril Ajawara
Mr. Ajawara has over thirty years of Public Service experience, including serving as Director of Disease Control and Laboratory Services for Ministry of Health, Permanent Secretary for various ministries and retired as Permanent Secretary for Ministry of Petroleum and Environment in Imo State, Nigeria.
As Permanent Secretary for Ministry of Petroleum and Environment, Mr. Ajawara oversaw the implementation of several Erosion and Flood Control projects in Imo State. He also served as a Member of Board of Directors of Imo State Oil Producing Area Development Commission (ISOPADEC), in this capacity, he provided professional expertise and leadership in developing environmental protection policies and guidelines for oil producing areas in Imo state.
Mr Ajawara also served as Chairman of the Board of Directors, St. Mary’s Community and Children’s Hospital, Umuowa, Orlu. In this capacity, he provided professional expertise as a Health practitioner and leadership in the development and licensing of one of the best community hospitals in Imo State
Chiedozie Augustus Ajawara
Mr. Chiedozie Ajawara is a Registered Professional Engineer in the United States of America, where he served:
Director of Municipal Services and Public Works
Transportation Planning Director for Riverside Transportation Agency
Consulting Project Manager for Los Angeles County Public Department
City Traffic Engineer for the cities of Mission Viejo and Westminster
Mr. Ajawara has over thirty years of experience in Public Works and Infrastructure. As Director of Public Works and Municipal Services, he provided leadership and management for the Municipal Services Department, including Public Works/ Engineering, Transportation and Capital Improvement Program Divisions. Mr. Ajawara was responsible for Planning, Design, Construction and Management of all city infrastructure development for City of Compton, California from 1992 through 2004
Prior to the above position, he served as Program Manager for Capital Improvement and Transportation programs for the City of Compton in Southern California.
In addition, he has provided Traffic Engineering, Transportation Planning, and Project Management services to several other public and private sector clients in California
Iyeshatu Thelma M.
Ms. M. is a dynamic professional with over 22 years of experience in advertising, media, and branding. Until July 2013, she worked as Video Activation Architect/Broadcast Media Supervisor for Conill Advertising, which is one of the best Hispanic advertising agencies in the world.
Iyeshatu has worked for some of the top advertising agencies including R&R Partners, Dailey and Associates, Initiative Media and Optimum/DDB Needham.
She has negotiated and purchased Network TV/Radio, Spot TV/Radio, Cable TV and Direct Response, for both general and multi-cultural markets.
Ms. M. supervised work flow and daily projects and also worked with the Media Planning Department to develop and implement strategic media plans.
Worked closely with Broadcast Directors in analyzing and solving broadcast issues. She developed and maintained great relationships with their media partners and worked with them to provide unique out of the box organic product placement ideas for clients.
